Vacations can be hard to plan because there are so many great places to visit. With 195 countries in the world, how do you choose which one is next on the list? Here are four that you should get to soon, if you haven’t visited already.
Greece

Explore the cities and the beaches. Greece has great beaches, as well as incredible islands that are worth a visit.
Mykonos and Santorini are two in particular that are worth a stop. Watching a sunset over the Adriatic Sea is something to behold.
While in Greece, be sure to try the food. Honey-based desserts are prevalent, like baklava. The food is rich and delicious, full of unique spices and local flair. Greek wine is also fantastic, so have a bottle or two on your trip!
Spain
Not too far from Greece, Spain is another country that you simply must visit. Spain consists of 17 very different regions. All have unique geographies and cultures. It’s easy to get around the country without a car. If you’re looking for a unique way to get to Spain, a transatlantic cruise offers a fun adventure that will get your trip started off right.
Madrid is the capital and a great city, and region, to visit. Here you can view the Royal Palace and visit the Prado Museum. If you’ve ever wanted a taste of the traditional running of the bulls, this is the region for you as well.
Barcelona is the capital of the Catalonia region of Spain, which varies quite a bit from the Community of Madrid.
It’s set on the coast, and has the laid back feel of a beach town. The unique architecture of Antoni Gaudi is prevalent around the city. The Las Ramblas offers an enjoyable stroll, where locals and tourists purchase fresh food, flowers and more.
No matter which region you visit, be sure you tae the time to enjoy the food. Paella, the national dish of Spain, has earned its title. This rice-based dish is incredible. Eat it while sipping a glass of rioja. Or enjoy a table of tapas while sipping a glass of cava. You’re in Spain—you should celebrate after all!
Indonesia
The Republic of Indonesia is a country in Southeast Asia that’s located between the Indian and Pacific oceans. The country consists of over 17,000 islands, including Sumatra, parts of New Guinea and Bali.
Bali is a tourist destination in the country that is well worth the visit. Bali offers incredible views of oceans and mountains. Hike to a waterfall or spend the day relaxing on the beach. Explore the reefs just off the island and get a look at the amazing marine life that inhabits the area.
Bali also has a unique Buhdist heritage and is rich with temples to explore. View temples cut into the cliff face. Temples like these make Bali a great place to go to spend some time on a yoga or meditation retreat.
Italy
Italy also offers amazing views, history and culture. No matter which region you visit, you’re sure to enjoy the romance of this country. Rome offers views of ancient history through ruins and a view of The Colosseum. Venice offers travel through canals, in the city of romance, built in a lagoon. Florence offers art and beauty in another ancient and special place.
No matter which part of Italy you decide to visit, no trip is complete without luxuriating in the food and wine. Italy offers some of the best wine in the world.
