The field of Human Resources is growing at a rapid pace, as organizations continue to expand their business operations, the role of a HR department also advances. Apart from handling the HR services, policies and programs, their responsibilities will differ based on the overall needs and demands of the organization.

To oversee all this, a HR manager is appointed. It is their job to assign employees and either personnel with tasks and duties in order to meet the growing demands of the workforce.
