chicago for the usa vs honduras world cup qualifier − 5 June, 2009 - 7 June, 2009

matt and i went to chicago to see team USA take on honduras at soldier field (which i'd never been to before). it was a amazing, with a crowd of 55,000 people. also, we spend a lot of time wandering around chicago and partaking in the local entertainment.

we had our housewarming (aka the 'shackin' up party') a month after we moved in. it was a really good excuse to rush and get the house all in order. we did a great job! man, i love our house.

we considered something cheesy and romantic, then decided to do something we'd enjoy way more. we went out for dinner and drinks at grumpy's (scene of our first date two years prior!), played darts, and then went to go see rocknrolla. then we went home, and everything else is none of your business.  read more
